Danielle Kristine Toussaint
Danielle Kristine Toussaint is founder and CEO of Purple Haus, a creative intelligence and strategic communications consultancy and the supporting organization to Dream Purple.
Over her twenty-year career, she has partnered with leaders at global organizations, national philanthropies, and local nonprofits to unlock the power of narrative change and strategic communications for the greater good. Previously, she founded the creative agency, She Thinks Purple, and most recently led brand marketing, partnership development, and communications strategy as Chief External Affairs Officer for NewSchools Venture Fund and the inaugural Communicator in Residence for Ascend at the Aspen Institute.
She is author of the book, Dare to Think Purple, which shares leadership insights and inspiring stories from social entrepreneurs. Her ghostwriting and self-authored pieces have been featured in publications such as Huffington Post, Forbes.com, Business Insider, and TEDx.
A first-generation Caribbean-American and proud of alumna of Yale University and University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, she is committed to expanding opportunities for the next generation of dreamers and doers.

Danyelle Thornton is an accomplished marketing director with nearly a decade of experience developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering unified brand experiences that drive corporate partnerships and consumer engagement.
As founder and CEO of the full-service integrated brand marketing agency, Oh It’s Done, she has partnered with numerous companies in health, food and beverage, and real estate to achieve enhanced visibility and sustained growth in their respective markets.
Danyelle brings to Dream Purple a demonstrated ability to design and implement data-driven and human-centered digital campaigns, lead and energize creative teams, and curate content experiences that resonate across multiple platforms and audiences. A talented and resourceful event design and producer, she leads corporate and community partnership outreach and brand marketing efforts.
Danyelle Murray
Danyelle Murray is the visionary founder of The Audacity Lab, a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping organizations unleash the power of youth voice, agency, and leadership to achieve breakthrough results.
She brings to Dream Purple over fifteen years of experience in the higher education and nonprofit sector program design, management, and evaluation focused on advancing opportunity for youth and early career adults.
Danyelle envisions a world where organizations embrace the audacity naturally present in youth and young adults, ensure they have a seat at every decision making table, and value them as equal contributors in creating the future they deserve. Her strategic partnership with Dream Purple will focus on the design and launch of its signature fellowship for and fund for upskilling creatives in the nonprofit and social sector.
Rachel Femi Adeyemo
Rachel “Femi” Adeyemo is professionally certified in project management and operational leadership, with a background supporting mission-driven and creative organizations. Her expertise lies in process optimization, creative collaboration, and overseeing project workflows with precision. Additionally, Rachel brings her own entrepreneurial expertise to the team as the Co-founder of CAVO, an eco-conscious candle brand based in California. CAVO has gained notable recognition from Disney, Teen Vogue, Harper's BAZAAR, TED Conferences, and other platforms for its innovative approach to sustainability and design.
